Envy the Cat needs a home

Envy was found on the front step of one of our volunteers.  When she was found, she was staring into the house longing to come inside.  Luckily she came to the right home and was immediately taken to the vet for an evaluation.  

This very friendly cat was underweight, very dehydtated and lethargic.  She was already spayed and she is so friendly we know at one time she was somebody's pet, but it doesn't seem that anyone was looking for this pretty cat.  The Cat Shack's veternarian discovered that she was also very constipated as a result of her dehydration and she needed careful management to get back on track.  After weeks of TLC and vet care, she is now doing much better!  This lovely lady deserves a home where she will never have to worry about finding food and water again.

This cat is very accomodating and gets along well with everyone.  She's a great eater and she's very good with her litterbox.

The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $85 adoption donation!
